Austin is a large city with one of the most populated LGBTQ cities in Texas. (AUS) Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The airport is close to the city's center. You can get to downtown by using the Capital Metro's 100-AirportFlyer bus which runs to and from the airport every 30 minutes. Direct access to the Downtown area is less than $2.

Public Transportation

Austin has the Capital Metro which has several methods of transportation including the bus systems MetroBus & MetroRapid which will take passengers all around the city and center. Tickets are $1.25 one way or only $2.50 for an unlimited day pass. Take the pass!
