Description
Dallas is one of the largest cities in Texas and one of the most accepting. Dallas has sister city called Fort Worth, but each are large and different. Dallas has the area called Oak Lawn, which is the city's LGBTQ neighborhood, known for Cedar Springs Road. This road is full of places to eat and nightlife; including bars, dance clubs, nightly events like karaoke, drag shows, and country/western dancing. The area has more rainbow crosswalks than any other American city, 10 in total!
Airport
(DFW) Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. The airport is located in between Fort Worth and Dallas. You can take the Orange Line into downtown easily.
Public Transportation
Dallas has a few options for transportation from the system called DART. Offering buses, light rail with 4 major lines, and streetcars, the M-Line and Dallas Streetcar, running through downtown and Oak Lawn. They also have a transit from Dallas to Fort Worth called the Trinity Railway Express if needed.
