Description
Angelo, an Italian immigrant, arrived in New York in the late 1930s and dedicated his life to making great pizza. After working at various pizza shops, he opened his own store, Pizza Chef, on Brooklyn’s Fulton Street. Angelo’s passion for “real pizza” with blackened, crisp crust, fresh mozzarella, and tomatoes inspired his family for generations. Today, his nephew John continues the tradition with his own pizza restaurant, honoring Angelo’s legacy and commitment to excellent pizza
