Description
In 1990, the owner of Casa Blanca Restaurant brought authentic Mexican and Seafood dishes from Jalisco, Mexico, to the Coachella Valley. Starting in the restaurant business while attending high school, he later opened his own restaurant, offering 30 delicious Mexican entrees. In 1996, he opened his first full-service restaurant in Desert Hot Springs, known for its chicken fajitas. In 2006, Casa Blanca Restaurant expanded to Cathedral City, now offering over 150 entrees. Both locations provide five-star customer service and authentic Mexican and Seafood dishes, ensuring a satisfying dining experience for all.
